Excellent staff. I've visited multiple doctors and their assistants at this location and all of them have been knowledgeable about my skin conditions, have educated me sufficiently, have successfully treated my conditions, and have been extremely kind and professional in the process. Dr Cook Norris removed a basal cell cancer from my nose by rolling some of my cheek onto my nose to fill the hole. I was nervous but it was brilliant how he hid the scar in my smile line and my face looks normal - good enough for a Vogue cover! (Not quite!) He was patient with my barrage of questions and Sarah, his assistant, was gracious and fun during the op. Michelle P. and the whole office are a class act.

I've had a rash on my face for more than 2 months. I went to see Dr. Purtle to get it cleared up. Candy roomed me and was totally AWESOME! She was friendly and engaging. We got along great! Dr. Purtle came into the room within about 10 minutes & diagnosed the rash. Dr. Purtle was friendly & knowledgeable and had a great smile.

Once I had melanoma and had it removed I took seriously that I had to do a better job with sunblock and getting checked every three months. Michelle does a thorough exam and offers tips on how to protect yourself from future skin cancers

If you want to experience what I call the "No Drama" experience this is the place to be. This office is so well managed from the reception to the visit that it should be a model for other offices to look to. Even the waiting area is Zen like. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Thank you for the courtesy, efficiency and respect.
